On the 25th June 2019, 34 small scale farmers from 30 districts in Uganda convened in Kampala to discuss and analyse the budget allocated to the agriculture sector for FY2019/20 as well as identifying critical areas for expenditure tracking in the financial year and brainstorm on the investment priorities.
