Examining Organic Agriculture Practices in Uganda - A case of Wali Christopher from Mukono district

In this podcast, Wali Christopher talks about the availability of markets for organic products in the country and outside the country. He highlights the major reason why consumers do not consume organically produced food and the importance of adding value to organic products such as reduction of post harvest losses and increased income for farmers.

Christopher also gives some propositions on what should be done to entice more small-scale farmers to add value to their products before taking them to the markets and how small-scale farmers should access information on Ecological Organic Agriculture.
